I went to Gabriela for coaching in August 2015, because I lacked a sense of purpose and direction. And also because I wanted to enjoy more connection with others. I feel the work with Gabriela was life changing. The insights were really startling and each week I would come away with rich meaningful and sometimes sobering insights.
The 10 sessions process soon became all enveloping and even though I only had 90 minutes or so each week face to face, I found that it was such a full system and I felt compelled to orient my week around preparing for the meetings and also digesting their content.
I look forward to future coaching with Gabriela. My goals shifted considerably during the process a number of times. I see this as a success in that as a person I was moving forward through my ideas of what was right or not.
